Gifts-in-Kind

Contributions of goods and/or services support ZACH Theatre’s artistic, educational and administrative activities. The following Wish List features items that ZACH has the greatest need for this season. Logo recognition and/or ticket benefits are available in exchange for the value of these donations.

Immediate needs:

Top-loading washing machine
Rental car(s) for visiting artist use

Educational needs:

Digital cameras (still and/or video, mid-level) to document education programs and productions. Could use two.
Portable CD stereo boom box with a/c and battery capabilities
iPod docking stations
iTunes/amazon gift cards for classroom music
Walkie-talkies

Office needs:

Paper folding machine
Bar-height chairs for box office and light/sound booths
Set of 50 new black padded folding or stackable chairs with storage cart for board meetings and special events
New LCD projector and screen
LCD or Plasma screen television (36” or larger)

IT needs:

Newer model desktop PC’s and laptops in good working condition
Mac G5 desktop computers, MacBooks or PowerBooks in good working condition; or new iMacs
Flat screen monitors for PC’s or Macs
External hard drives
Managed switchers
Server

Production needs:

Top-loading washing machine
Wireless microphones
Most recent version of Final Cut Pro for creating video content in-house
Plotter for scenic and lighting designs and other large scale printing needs
Mackie T4 digital sound console to provide significant improvement to current sound system
Late model, Super Duty pick-up truck
New ETC brand “Source 4” lighting instruments
9-volt batteries for the wireless microphone system (up to 1,000/year)
Sewing machine and serger in working order

Services needed:

Visiting artist housing (generally need a kitchenette)
Airline tickets and/or airline miles
Catering
Frames and framing services for lobby and production displays
DVD duplication services and materials
