The Tempest
By William Shakespeare

Friday, August 12-Saturday, August 13
$10 admission

This romantic drama of epic proportions is set in a unique and impossible world where spirits roam, magic is real, reality is elusive, and illusion abounds. After twelve years marooned on a desert island with her daughter, the deposed Duchess of Milan must now choose between her desire for revenge and the freedom that can only come with forgiveness. This last play in Shakespeare’s cannon is a meditation on family, love, mercy, and—ultimately—the theatre itself.
