Spring and Fall Class RegistrationDownload the registration form at link above, fill out and mail with check to the theatre, or drop at the box office between noon and 7pm Monday thru Saturday. You may register over the phone at (512) 476-0594 x236, or e-mail us at education@zachtheatre.org. Upon enrollment for classes a $50 deposit is required. This deposit may be taken over the phone on credit card, mailed by check to the theatre, or dropped at the box office between noon and 7pm Monday thru Saturday. Full payment of the balance is due by the first day of class. Camp RegistrationFor Camps, both a Registration Form and Medical Release form must be completed. Tuition for camps is due in full at time of registration. Production Classes for Homeschoolers RegistrationRegister early, space is limited. Scholarships and payment plans with debit or credit are available. A $50 deposit is due at time of registration. All students new or returning must reserve their place with a $50 deposit per class, which is applied to tuition. ConfirmationFor regular classes you can consider your registration complete once we have received your deposit. You will receive a reminder call before the class begins. For Camps, you will receive a detailed letter with curriculum information, directions and schedule. CancellationsCancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received 14 days prior to the start of the class your child is registered for. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of the class your child is registered for will be refunded amount paid less a $50 processing/registration fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER START OF CLASS YOUR CHILD IS REGISTERED FOR. Should a class be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, any tuition paid will be fully refunded. Class SizeMaximum class size for ages 5-6 years is 12 students. For ages 7-15 years, maximum class size is 20 students. Class sizes for adults range from 5-20 students. |
