Registration Information and Policies

For all camps & classes:

All registrations are processed in the order they are received and will be accepted until the class is full or the class has met twice.
ZACH reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
Tuition: A $60 deposit is required to secure your registration for each class and camp. Balance is due two week before the start of class.
Financial Aid:
- Payment plans are available with a credit or debit card.
- Some scholarship assistance is available for families with demonstrated financial need.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within one week of registration. Further details will be emailed the week before your class begins.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and be received two weeks prior to the start of the class/camp. Cancellations received two weeks days prior to the start of the class/camp will be refunded amount paid less a $60 processing/registration fee. Cancellations received within two weeks of class/camp cannot be refunded. A $60 administrative fee will be accessed for switching classes within two weeks of classes start.
Please note: Students who miss a full week of camp due to illness should submit a doctor's note and may be eligible for a partial credit, based on the individual case.
Photo Clause: Please be aware that Performing Arts School classes and camps may be photographed or filmed. Your participation constitutes your authorization for ZACH Theatre to use your child's photograph, voice or other likeness without his or her name for purposes related to the mission of ZACH Performing Arts School, including but not limited to marketing and promotion in both print and electronic forms.
In order to ensure the quality of our program, we maintain firm enrollment and age limits.
ZACH is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.

For Full-Day Week-Long Camps:

Kidcode: A kidcode is a one-word password that anyone picking up your student will have to supply in order for your student to be released. Please create your kidcode at time of registration or first day of camp.
Extended Hours for Full-Day Week-Long Camps: Early Drop off begins at 8:30am. Late Pick up is until 5:30pm. Regular hours are 9:00am-5:00pm. Parents picking up after 5:30pm will be assessed and additional fee.

Student Policies

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated and may result in removal from ZACH’s Performing Arts School with no refund.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time and ready to work. Please notify the office if you will miss class due to illness or other unexpected case. Let teachers know of any planned absences in advance. Though we understand that it is sometimes necessary, missed classes may hold up class progress.
