How to Register for Camps

Registration Information and Policies
For all classes:
- All registrations are processed in the order they are received and will be accepted until the class is full.
- ZACH reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
- Extended hours are available for full day camps only.
- ZACH is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.
- Maximum class size for ages 5-6 years is 12 students. For ages 7-15 years, maximum class size is 20 students.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and be received 14 days prior to the start of the class/camp your child is registered for. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the start of the class/camp your child is registered for will be refunded amount paid less a $50 processing/registration fee. No refunds after start of class.
For all spring & fall classes, a $50 deposit is required to hold your spot. You will receive a confirmation call or reminder to let you know we received your registration. A reminder email will be sent the week before your class begins with information about check-in.
For all holiday camps, a $50 deposit is required to hold your spot. You will receive a confirmation call or reminder to let you know we received your registration and then a receipt in the mail, which includes camp policies.
For all summer camps, tuition is due in full. You will receive a confirmation call or reminder to let you know we received your registration and then a receipt in the mail, which includes camp policies.
Extended Hours for Full-Day Week-Long Camps
Early Drop off begins at 8:30am. Late Pick up is until 5:30pm. Regular hours are 9:00am-5:00pm. Parents picking up after 5:30pm will be assessed and additional fee.
Student Policies
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from ZACH’s Performing Arts School with no refund.
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time and ready to work. Please notify the office if you will miss class due to illness or other unexpected case. Let teachers know of any planned absences in advance. Though we understand that it is sometimes necessary, missed classes may hold up class progress.
