ZACH Theatre proudly presents Owen Egerton's The Other Side of Sleep,  a one-man show written by and starring Owen Egerton and directed by comedy veteran Les McGehee. The two hour show features a series of scenes and monologues exploring the often bizarre world of the sleep deprived. A would-be saint works as the sol employee of a twenty-four hour convenient store; a closeted youth pastor addresses a lock-in crowd of teens on the subject of chastity; a young man attempts to break the record for most hours spent with out sleep. From Waffle Houses to cult compounds, leaping from heart-breaking to hilarious, The Other Side of Sleep  offers insight into the red-eyed soul of a sleepless America.
