Following are items that the theatre is MOST in need of this season. We offer logo acknowledgment and/or ticket benefits in exchange for up to the value of these donations.

Educational Needs

• Digital cameras (still and/or video, mid-level) to document educational programs and productions. This would save us lots on film and scanning time, since we work electronically mostly anyway! Could use two!
• A late model, 16 Passenger Van, air conditioning required, automatic preferred but not necessary, for Project InterAct.
• Portable CD stereo boom box with a/c and battery capabilities
• New powered amplifiers (approx. $100 each, similar to guitar amplifiers) for Project InterAct. So that the actors can be heard over noisy school gym and cafeteria air conditioners!
• Mini-disc player for Project InterAct sound
• iTunes Gift Cards
• CD-R Disks

Office Needs

• Pentium 4, 5 or equivalent Desktop PC's and laptops in good working condition.
• Macintosh G4/G5 desktop computers, Powerbooks, eMacs and Ibooks in good working condition.
• Flat Screen Monitors for PC's or Mac's
• Paper folder
• Bar-height chairs for box office & light/sound booths
• Set of 50 comfortable folding or stackable chairs with storage cart for board meetings and special events
• Large three-ring binders (3-4 inch)
• Large dry erase board, 4ft x 8ft, preferably with doors or a drop down cover
• Copy machine (newer model) color copier preferred
• Refrigerator (newer model)
• New LCD projector and screen
• Three new telephone head sets that would be compatible with our phone system (MPA II, multi purpose amplifier: GN Netcom/Unex 405-FLEX).
• Keyless entry system for increased security.

Production Needs

• A set of 4 Assisted Listening Devices and Transmitter to better serve our audience.
• Most Recent Version VectorWorks for Mac
• Most Recent Version of FINAL CUT PRO for creating our own Video Content in house
• Most Recent Version of Pro Tools - For Creating Sound Cues and archival recordings of shows In house.
• Plotter for scenic & lighting designs and other large scale printing needs
• Mackie T4 Digital Sound Console - To provide Significant Improvements to ZSTC sound system.
• A Late Model Passenger Sedan for visiting artist transportation.
• Late model, Super Duty pick-up truck
• New ETC brand "Source 4" lighting instruments
• Two industrial sewing machines for heavy duty costume shop jobs.
• 9 volt batteries for the wireless microphone system (up to 1000 per year).

Services Needed

• Visiting Artist Housing (generally need a kitchenette)
• Airline tickets and Airline Mileage (through travel agents, not carriers)
• Framing Services to display production photos in a lobby display
• Pro-Bono Printing
• DVD duplication services & materials
• Color copy discounts for grants, documentation
• Advertising and promotional discounts in trade publications, newsletters, smaller local papers, outdoor signage, etc.
• General 'handy-man' services for maintenance and repair
